A how to guide for how to get your tickets transferred
Ticketmaster works with mobile tickets so you don't have to print out your tickets, but have it scanned from your mobile phone at the ticket check.
To access your tickets, you must follow the steps below, this is easy and within a few minutes. You'll receive an email from Ticketmaster with a ticket transfer link.
Step 1
Open the Ticketmaster e-mail with the Ticket Transfer, which shows the number of tickets you have ordered.
Step 2
Click the blue "accept tickets" button in the email.
Step 3
If you already have an account with Ticketmaster, log in with it, otherwise you can easily create one by clicking "create account".
To avoid confusion, we recommend that you do this at the same email address where you receive our emails. Watch for misspellings.
Step 4
You will now see an overview of your order, all you have to do now is click on "accept tickets".
Step 5
Check that your tickets are visible in your own Ticketmaster account. On the day of the concert, open your Ticketmaster account at the ticket check, and the employee scans all tickets directly from your account. So make sure you and the whole party pass the ticket control together.
Please note that you cannot print out the tickets. The tickets can only be scanned from your mobile phone. Therefore, make sure that your mobile phone battery is sufficiently charged when you go to the concert.
